My IDV did not work/pass, what can I do now?

There are two options:

  1. You can provide a certified copy of the ID. This must be certified by an accountant or lawyer or another individual that is part of a professional body. Make sure to include the name of the body and their membership number.

  2. We can hop on a 2 min call to provide verification live. You just need your ID to hand
