Because you are withdrawing funds, we take a small amount out the fee reserve as part of the withdrawal, given you will have lower fees being charged (as the fee is based on total balance). Therefore, the trade made to sell Money Market Funds for the withdrawal is slightly less than the total withdrawal request.

You will always receive the exact amount you requested in your withdrawal.
