What is a valid form of identity and proof of address?

Valid forms of identity include:

  • Passport (within date)

  • Government issued ID such as drivers license or national identity card

Valid forms of address include:

  • Utility Bill

  • Bank Statement

  • Government issued letter such as council tax bill

  • Drivers License - this cannot be used for both Proof of ID and Address

All proof of addresses must be dated within the last three months
